The Park City Market Comparison Report for 2020 vs. 2019

I have attached the Park City Real Estate Market Comparison Report for 2020 vs. 2019. It includes the immediate area of Park City, but does not include the surrounding areas of Heber, Midway, Kamas, Francis, Oakley, Marion, Coalville, Wanship, etc. The report is for homes, condos and vacant land, and is based on median statistics. Commercial and fractional ownership are not included.

The positive trends continue. Transactions were up 53%. Single family home prices increased by 20%, outperforming condo prices which increased by 7%. Inventory levels are now at the lowest levels since tracking began in 2007.
